CDN and WAF
Your site, online store and API delivered from the edge, with caching, a web application firewall, an SSL certificate and the root domain protected without a CNAME.
Explore the CDNCDN, WAF, DDoS protection, DNS and load balancer on an anycast network with points in Brazil and abroad. Each visitor is served at the nearest point, attacks stay at the edge, and your DNS stays where it is.
Everything runs on the same anycast network. Start with one product, test it with your traffic, and add the others when it makes sense.

Explore the CDN
An attack arrives spread across the network points, and each one filters its share. It covers sites, APIs, DNS and TCP and UDP services.
Explore DDoS protection
For those who run their own DNS, such as internet providers: the zones stay on your server, and attacks on DNS stop at the edge before they reach it.
Explore the DNS Firewall
Load balancing with automatic failover between clouds and your datacenter, for HTTP, SMTP, SIP and databases.
Explore the Load Balancer
Zones on the anycast network with DNSSEC and nameservers under your brand, or Edgium as the DNS Slave (secondary) of your server, which stays hidden.
Explore DNSEmail on your company domain, with antispam, calendar, files and meetings, and support from real people in Portuguese.
Explore lua.emailEvery Edgium point, here and outside the country, announces the same IPs. Internet routing takes each visitor to the nearest point, and that is where we speed things up, filter, and decide where traffic goes. Your origin only receives what it needs to receive.

Because there is a single entry point, each application gets its own cache, blocking and destination rules, applied at every point at the same time.
A distributed attack arrives spread over the network, and each point filters its share. None of your servers receives the full volume. How DDoS protection works
The IPs are fixed. Your yourcompany.com points straight at the network, with A and AAAA records, transparent to whoever visits.

See the full exampleDNS stays at your registrar, with your hosting provider or wherever it is today. For the CDN and the Load Balancer you change the records of the service; for the DNS Firewall and the DNS Slave, the nameserver addresses. You can start by testing with a subdomain or a single zone.
The domain or zones, where the origin is, the ports and the protocols.
Everything is registered on the network and tested before it receives real traffic.
You change the records in the DNS you already use and follow along in the panel and with our team. To go back, just undo it.
In edge computing, the work happens close to whoever is accessing it, not only in the origin datacenter. The response arrives sooner, the origin is less exposed, and the application can stay in any cloud.

Content comes from the point nearest to the visitor: lower latency, pages that open sooner and a better speed score on Google (Core Web Vitals).

The cache takes traffic and work off your servers, and the data transfer you pay your cloud for goes down.

Each application has its own configuration, and the origin can be in any cloud or in your datacenter.
“We were only looking for high availability and traffic balancing at a low cost for our customers, but with Edgium we got all of that plus better performance, faster application requests, bandwidth savings and incredible protection against attacks.”
“We chose Edgium for the performance of its DNS service and for support that met our needs very efficiently, from the start of the service to the tuning of our plan. We gained significant performance in our telephony services that we would not have had without Edgium.”
Edgium runs an anycast network with points in Brazil and abroad, and is the same company as lua.email, a business email service. It serves companies with a site, online store, system or API, and internet providers that need to protect their DNS.
We do not just deliver a product. We follow the switch, analyze the traffic with you and stay with you after the application is live. When your needs change, the configuration changes with them.
The name comes from edge, the edge of the network, which is where we work. The tagline, The edge made simple, is the commitment: to take your application to the edge without you having to become a specialist in it.
Tell us what you want to take to the edge. We set up a trial with a subdomain, an application or a zone, and you see the result with your own traffic before changing everything.
