Privacy

This page explains what happens to the data you send through the contact form on the Edgium site, and which cookies the site uses.

The contact form

What we keep: name, email, phone (if you give one), company, city, state, the product you are interested in and your message. We also keep the page the submission came from and, if present, the campaign parameters in the address (UTM).

Why: only to reply to your message and talk about hiring the service. We do not sell or share this data.

Where it is kept: in the group's sales CRM, the same one used by lua.email, on servers in Brazil, with access limited to the sales team.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (LGPD, Brazil's data protection law, art. 7, I).

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent. Write to contato@edgium.net from the email address you used on the form.

Form protection

To block bots, the form has a hidden field, a minimum filling time and a limit on submissions per internet address. The IP address is used only for that limit.

Cookies and preferences

Today the site does not use analytics and only sets preference cookies. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell browsing data.

  • Language preference (edg_lang): stores for 1 year the language you chose in the menu, or the one the site applied on your first visit based on your browser language (if you decline cookies, the site does not store the language applied by detection and deletes the one that came from it; a choice made in the menu stays). It is essential for the site to remember your choice. To delete it, clear the site's cookies in your browser.
  • Your choice (edg_consent): stores for about 400 days, renewed on each visit, whether you accepted or declined in the notice. If the site ever starts using analytics, that will only happen after you accept. To change your mind, use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer or here.

You control cookies in your browser settings. The browser also keeps, for the session, the campaign parameters of the first page you opened so the form can send them along; this disappears when you close the tab.
