About Edgium
Edgium runs an anycast network with points in Brazil and abroad. CDN and WAF, DDoS protection, DNS and load balancer run on top of it. lua.email, the business email service, is also an Edgium company.
What Edgium does
We serve companies with a website, online store, system or API, and internet providers that need to protect their DNS.
Every point on the network announces the same IPs, and each visitor reaches the nearest one. There, the network answers from cache, stops the attack and fetches from the origin only what is not cached.
We do not just deliver a product. We guide the switch, analyze the traffic with you and stay with you after the application is live.
The people behind it are network, infrastructure and email professionals with years of real operations, who know these systems from the inside and the pain of those who depend on them every day.
Edgium products
- CDN and WAF: edge cache, web application firewall and SSL certificate. The root domain works without a CNAME.
- DDoS protection: the attack is spread across the points of the network and stops at the edge.
- DNS Firewall: sits in front of the provider's DNS, with the zones on the customer's server.
- Load Balancer: spreads access across clouds and datacenter, with automatic failover.
- DNS: managed DNS on the anycast network and DNS Slave (secondary), with your server hidden.
The lua.email family
lua.email is Edgium's business email service. The engineering team has more than 20 years of experience with email.
- lua.email: email with the company domain, antispam, calendar, files and meetings.
- lua Colabora: files, documents, chat and meetings, with the same login as email.
- lua Bridge: hybrid email. Google, Microsoft, your own server and lua.email on the same domain, each account where it makes the most sense.
- lua Shield: antispam and antivirus at the entry of your own email server, without migrating anyone.
